Single leg X drill x 20
5 step X guard drill
Opponent on knees, grab lapel & knee & feet between opponents knees. Pull at lapel and lift opponent off ground and slip into X - guard. Make him step and trap close arm to unbalanced Sweep.
OR
Make step through the legs back take to bow & arrow.
